Package re-routed and smashed
Package was ordered and ended up getting lost. Then was rerouted and finally did arrive smashed. This was a gift for a friend after surgery and bothering him over and over getting an update on its delivery was down right embarrassing. Shipment tracking was never accurate and now waiting on company to let me know they are sending him a replacement cakes.
Excellent. I have been buying bumpy cake products off and on since 1960s in Detroit.
As always cakes are awesome
Cakes were great, service was lacking
The bumpy cakes were tasty as always. But after not letting me know for a few days that my cakes were going to be delayed due to a delay in production, I proceeded to have to work around with them about when and where my cakes would be sent. I wanted them for a trip a week later in PA, then it turned out it wouldn't get there in time. Had to get it rerouted back to OH where I live, then it was delayed even further. Not keen on how this was taken care of, but eventually got the cakes, too late to have them with our family, but still. Hopefully this doesn't happen when we try this in October!
